1 cup finely crushed graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup melted butter or margarine
1 8-ounce package of softened cream cheese
3/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons flour
3 eggs
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup full-fat cream or half-and-half
Directions for Decadent Chocolate Cheesecake :
1. Preheat oven to 325 F.
2. Spray a spring form pan with nonstick spray.
3. Mix the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter. Press into the
bottom of the spring form pan.
4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and sugar. Beat until
creamy.
5. Add the flour and mix well.
6. In a small bowl, beat the eggs. Add them to the cream cheese and flour
mixture.
7. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or microwave.
8. Slowly add the chocolate to the cream cheese mixture and beat until well blended
