Ingredients for Chocolate Chip Yogurt Cake :
Cooking spray
2/3 cup butter or margarine
1 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1-1/2 cup all-purpose flour for cake plus 1 tablespoon flour for
dusting the pan
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup plain yogurt
3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chip
1/4 cup powdered sugar
Directions for Chocolate Chip Yogurt Cake :
1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. In a large bowl, blend butter with the sugar until creamy and smooth.
3. Using a hand or stand mixer, add the eggs and beat well.
4. In a medium bowl, mix the baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon,
nutmeg, and flour.
5. Pour the dry ingredients into the butter and sugar mixture. Mix well.
